Public Works staff reported that 11 bids were opened and recommended awarding the construction contract to PNC Oilfield Services as the lowest responsible bidder, with a bid of $479,508.25. Staff and the co-interim city managers recommended approval and council voted to approve the award unanimously.
Staff said the GLO grant will fund the project, including grant administration, design and construction. A motion to award the contract passed with recorded council assent in open session.
