Nikki Thompson, procurement analyst for the Glynn County Board of Commissioners, opened sealed bids on behalf of Glynn County for RFP 26-010, Multisystemic Therapy (MST) services for the juvenile courts, and RFP 26-013, master comprehensive emergency management planning services. Thompson said the openings were public, streamed on the county’s YouTube channel, and that all in-person attendees were asked to sign an attendance sheet if desired.
Thompson told attendees that “the lowest responsive bid may not be a recommended awardee when the bid review process is complete.” She said procurement staff and the project manager will review paperwork for accuracy and completeness, that a bid tabulation sheet will be posted to the county website as soon as it is available, and that the recommended award will be presented to the finance committee and then to the full board of commissioners at the next scheduled monthly meeting.
Bids received for RFP 26-010 (MST services for juvenile courts): Community Solutions Incorporated, Windsor, Connecticut; Evidence Based Associates, Atlanta, Georgia. Thompson said two bids were received for that RFP.
Bidders announced for RFP 26-013 (master comprehensive emergency management planning services), 10 total: AG Witt LLC (Russellville, Arkansas); Accentra (Vienna, Virginia); BioDefense Network (Kirkwood, Missouri); Koelita (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma); Consultant Optimum LLC (Pompeo, Florida); Early Alert Incorporated (Rome, Georgia); Emergency Preparedness Solutions LLC (Utica, New York); Hagerty Consulting Incorporated (Edison, Illinois); Hendrick Hendrick Holdings LLC (Cedartown, Georgia); and IEM International Incorporated (Raleigh, North Carolina). Thompson said the bid openings for both RFPs were concluded and repeated that questions could be directed to her by email or through the county website.
For follow-up, Thompson provided county contact details for procurement; the transcript lists nikki.thompson@glynncounty-ga.gov and the Glynn County procurement web pages for future posting of the bid tabulation. No award decisions were made at the opening; selection and any contract awards were described as subsequent steps following staff review and committee consideration.
