Committee Chair Crystal Tapia Romero called for a motion to recommend the consent agenda. Items included in the consent recommendation were: grant budget adjustments for seven grants (including a CSI carryover and Johnson O'Malley), September inter- and intra-function transfers for grant budgets, September inter- and intra-function transfers for noncategorical funds, a statement of equipment to be taken out of service for July 1–Aug. 31, 2025, eight gifts/grants/donations greater than $5,000, a recommended open contract with EduSolv for leadership development and performance management (estimated not to exceed $1.2 million over four years), a multi-award sheet-metal fabrication and installation services contract (three local vendors; estimated $14.4 million over three years), and September 2025 cash disbursements.
The committee's approval was a recommendation to the full board; final action on the listed contracts and budget items rests with the full Board of Education.
