Commission approves amendment to procurement consulting contract to support ERP launch

Wayne County commissioners voted to approve Amendment 1 to a four‑year contract (with three one‑year renewal options) with Procurement Consulting Group to broaden the firm's scope to support preparation for the county's enterprise resource planning (ERP) launch and to extend the procure‑to‑pay platform license by one year.

The item was presented as a contracting action to add services and extend licensing associated with the county's ERP rollout. Commissioner Peterson Mayberry asked whether the dissolution of a subcontractor, AC Procurement Advisors, was caused by the subcontractor's relocation. Nicole Martin of Procurement Consulting Group confirmed the relocation from Michigan to Florida was the reason for the subcontractor's dissolution. Interim procurement director Rob Woodigan was present for the item.
