Marnie Claunch was appointed to the Business Development Commission, and Melissa Downs was appointed to the Old Orchard Special Business District Commission. Council also acknowledged a resignation from Mark Vogel, an ARB alternate.
Votes recorded during the consent‑agenda roll call were all in the affirmative by the members present; Mayor Arnold was absent. The meeting concluded with a motion to go into closed session for attorney‑client privileged communications, negotiated contracts and personnel items.
