The council adopted the consent calendar by roll call with each member recorded as "Aye."
On item 10b the council appointed two members to an ad hoc homelessness committee (motion carried unanimously) and later directed staff in closed session to pursue joining a potential amicus brief in City of Huntington Beach et al. v. Newsom et al.; the city attorney reported the council voted unanimously to provide direction to staff on that matter.
