Committee members asked whether a clear numeric threshold or other objective criterion exists to add licensee‑specific seats; staff said no statutory threshold exists and that the matter often arises during sunset review. Several members raised concerns about filling current vacancies before adding new seats. The committee recommended deferring further work to the sunset review cycle and soliciting input from LPCC stakeholders and the nominating organizations.
