Manor ISD presents early-literacy and math baselines as district shifts testing platforms

Doyle said both platforms provide four-tier reports that the district will use to monitor on- or above-grade-level performance and to assign individualized pathways.
Doyle discussed learning walks and coaching: campus-level walkthrough data are collected in a tool called Bullseye; Region 13 conducts scheduled district and campus walkthroughs and provides coaching; principals receive aggregated reports and use them in instructional-leadership meetings. She described both scheduled and unannounced walks and said Region 13 and district coaches provide a combination of observation data and coaching-in-the-moment feedback.
Trustees asked about correlation to STAR and predictive validity. Doyle said the district is working directly with platform vendors to ensure stronger alignment and will use multiple checkpoints (Bluebonnet module checks, interims, diagnostics) rather than a single indicator.
