The New Prague Area Schools board adopted a resolution on Oct. 13 to accept an anonymous donation of $2,500 to the Fitness & Aquatic Center for a swimsuit dryer in the men's locker room.
Under district policy, gifts valued at $1,000 or more require board resolution. The board discussed the item briefly (members noted the dryer in the men—s locker room was broken and that the device being purchased performs well) and voted to accept the donation unanimously.
No donor conditions or restrictions were attached to the acceptance resolution recorded in the meeting packet.
