The Agricultural Labor Relations Board approved the Oct. 1, 2025 meeting minutes and unanimously amended today’s agenda to add Goldenfield Produce Inc., case number 2025‑RM‑004, to the closed‑session docket, the acting chair said.
The board opened at 10 a.m. with a quorum present in the Sacramento office. Board member Bridal moved to approve the Oct. 1 minutes; Board member Hall seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The acting chair then asked for a motion to amend the agenda to add Goldenfield Produce Inc. to today’s closed‑session matters, explaining the item was added because it “came to the board after the 10 day noticing period.” Bridal moved; Hall seconded; the board voted aye and the motion passed unanimously.
The board recessed into closed session after hearing staff and counsel reports and returned later to announce the next regular meeting is set for Wednesday, Nov. 12 at 10 a.m. The board then adjourned by unanimous motion.
