Lomanco plans 68,000 sq ft industrial expansion in Kingman; staff say no immediate jobs added

Miss Curtis (staff) reported that Lomanco — in operation in the industrial park since 1983 and manufacturing attic and roof ventilation systems — is pursuing a 68,000-square-foot expansion as the first of three planned expansion phases. Curtis said this first phase is primarily to expand storage capacity and manufacturing ramp-up and that the company does not expect to add additional jobs immediately; a new product line is planned later in the expansion sequence.
Curtis said the company welcomed elected officials and staff at a recent event and that Lomanco expects to complete this phase by 2026. No formal economic incentives, tax agreements, or city actions were proposed or recorded at the meeting.
