Board approves routine finance, minutes and committee items

During discussion a board member noted that a parcel of district‑owned land is leased to the borough under a long‑term lease and advised future trustees to be aware that maintenance issues on the leased portion fall to the borough, not the district. The board then moved and passed the consent items by roll call; the minutes record the roll‑call yeas and the motion carried.
