The factual basis presented to the court described an incident in which the victim sustained a busted lip and bruising after an altercation, including punches and hair-pulling.
Judge Tammy Long Hayward accepted the plea and sentenced Graham to 12 months with two days to serve and the balance probated. The court ordered anger-management classes, 50 hours of community service, a $500 base fine (roughly $1,487.50 with surcharges) and a no-contact order with the victim, Sierra Mullins. The judge indicated probation may terminate once special conditions are completed and directed probation staff to provide the defendant with community-service options and other compliance information.
Defense counsel requested early termination on completion; the judge said she would allow probation to terminate upon completion of the ordered conditions and placed Graham in a breakout room with probation staff to complete paperwork.
