Judge revokes 11 days for Najee Isaiah Clark, returns him to probation with treatment conditions

Najee Isaiah Clark appeared on a probation petition in Clayton County State Court on Oct. 28, 2025. Probation alleged he violated conditions by testing positive for alcohol and committing a new offense. Counsel and probation stipulated to the violation and recommended conditions.
Judge Tammy Long Hayward accepted the stipulation, revoked 11 days with credit for time served, and returned Clark to probation. The court ordered drug screening at every probation report and required Clark to complete a clinical substance-abuse evaluation by Nov. 15, 2025. A return-to-probation report date was set for Wednesday, Nov. 5 at 10 a.m.
In addressing Clark, the judge urged personal responsibility, emphasized the importance of treatment and testing, and instructed the defendant to comply with reporting and treatment deadlines.
