City Manager Mike Baggett presented Resolution No. 101-2025 on Aug. 5, asking the City Commission to authorize a three-year extension of the triple-net, unsubordinated lease between the City of Stuart and Stuart Main Street Association Inc. for the Flagler Center at 201 Southwest Flagler Avenue.
"This is the second additional extension term," Baggett said, describing the extension as years seven through nine of the lease. He noted a scrivener's error in the original commencement date but said no other contract terms would change; Stuart Main Street had submitted a letter requesting the extension.
