RCSC requests 2027 club budget submissions by late February; important-dates sheet due in November

COC and club office staff announced the timeline for the 2027 club budgeting process and several related dates for clubs.
Club officers were told to submit budget requests for 2027 by Feb. 26; during the meeting one speaker initially said Feb. 27 and another corrected that the due date is Feb. 26. Staff said a final list of important dates would be published in November and that clubs should expect to receive approval notices or status updates on budget requests in January once the final budget is prepared.
The COC also said the board may have additional funds later in the process and that some items could be added back as the budget is finalized. Clubs were advised to monitor communications from the club office for the formal important-dates list and to plan nominating and election activities for club leadership in the coming month.
No formal budget approvals were recorded during the meeting; discussion focused on deadlines and process for submission and review.
