The Recreation Centers of Sun City Incorporated’s (RCSC) Committee of Clubs (COC) announced changes to BP 12 requiring clubs that occupy dedicated space with more than one room to implement a sign-in/sign-out procedure starting Jan. 1.
Steve Collins, chairman of the COC, said the change is intended to ensure that "no one is in a part of your club that you can't visually see from your desk... and they fall down or something," and that sign-in data can be used to account for members in an emergency.
