Representative Biasucci credits district team after securing state funds for roads, water and safety

Biasucci said rural districts initially faced a low allocation in preliminary budget plans and that he and colleagues campaigned at the Capitol to recover funding. He credited cooperation with Senator Hilde Angus, Representative Gina Cobb and others for winning line items in the final budget.
Among the items Biasucci listed: $500,000 for a Meadview launch‑brand project; $500,000 for a fire‑suppression project in Horizon 6; $1.5 million for the Kingman eastern extension; $1.5 million for Hancock Road in Bullhead City; $1.5 million toward Kingman well upgrades in the Sacramento Basin; and $1 million for the Mohave County sheriff's department for personnel compensation.
Biasucci emphasized the state Lake Improvement Fund (SLIF) restoration as a long‑term priority. He said SLIF funds have supported launch ramps, law‑enforcement boats and related infrastructure and that the county’s advocacy has returned meaningful dollars to river communities.
"My job is to represent Legislative District 30 and bring as much money back to our district as I can," Biasucci said, adding that he and local officials meet regularly to compile priority lists for the legislature.
