Participants who received certificates included Vicky White, Kathy Graves, Gary Graves, Savore (recorded pronunciation), Katie Welch, Bill Serp, Catherine Allegri, Danielle Manson and others; Melissa listed additional graduates who were not present.
Melissa thanked city staff who supported the eight‑week program and noted participants’ engagement with city departments and operations. Council members from across the dais congratulated graduates, thanked staff for organizing the program, and encouraged attendees to apply for city volunteer boards and commissions.
