The Raymore City Council approved the first reading of Bill 39‑97 on Oct. 27, 2025 to accept the first final plat for Raymore Commerce Center South. The final plat establishes one 1.50‑acre lot for a building shell nearing completion and three common‑area tracts dedicated for utilities and related facilities.
Staff (Mister Gress) reminded the council that the preliminary plan had been approved in July 2022 and that the developer had satisfied required right‑of‑way dedications and other conditions. Planning & Zoning reviewed the final plat on Oct. 7 and recommended approval by a 7‑0 vote. Councilmember Mister Delgado moved approval; Mister Ullman seconded. The council approved the first reading unanimously, 7‑0.
Staff noted the developer must fulfill remaining conditions before a certificate of occupancy may be issued for the building on Lot 1.
