Items approved on the consent agenda included: accounts payable for claims dated Oct. 28, 2025, in the amount of $3,187,298.06; a motion to set a Nov. 17, 2025 public hearing and preliminarily adopt an ordinance to rezone several properties on Reserve Street (referral to the Land Use and Planning Committee on Nov. 12); adoption of the 2025 Stormwater Quality Plan by resolution; approval of HVAC repairs for Fire Department Station 1 (Hotchkiss Heating & Air and subcontractor Electric Controls); and a resolution designating the Clark Fork Market and Missoula Clark Fork Market as authorized farmer’s markets for operation Nov. 1–Apr. 30.
Council took a single voice vote on the consent agenda after the clerk read the items and no members of the public asked to separate an item; the motion carried unanimously.
