Local businesses and trusts donate to Wallingford classrooms and programs

Amazon of North Haven donated 358 five-by-eight notebooks described as miscellaneous school supplies for Wallingford Public Schools. The district also recorded a $200 donation in miscellaneous school supplies from Teleflex.
Board members thanked donors and the staff members who facilitated the gifts. The donations will be applied to classroom materials and program needs and were accepted into the district's records during the meeting.
No restrictions or conditions attached to the gifts were presented during the Oct. 27 session.
