Council Approves Multiple Consent and Regular-Agenda Items by Roll Call

The council approved a number of consent and regular-agenda items by grouped roll calls throughout the Oct. 10 meeting. Public hearings for items 1–3 were closed with no public speakers and the clerk recorded 13 ayes on that batch.
