Commissioners discussed whether surplus counts reflected the current on-site inventory; staff said they would confirm with maintenance staff and report back. The commission also approved adding the outdated card scanner — described by staff as the legacy "magic card pronto" pass system — to the surplus list.
Staff will follow the city’s surplus property procedures and return with records of disposition if required.
