• B4: Authorize engagement of Gunster, Yokely & Stewart to represent Tampa Bay Water in the administrative hearing filed by the Polk Regional Water Cooperative; approve waiver of conflict for Land Reserve and Farmland Reserve — Motion passed unanimously (mover: Councilwoman Hanowitz; second: Commissioner Oakley).

• C1: Approve engineering services contract with McKim & Creed for high service pump station VFD project — $1,000,550 (includes $125,000 owner allowance). Motion passed unanimously (mover: Commissioner Oakley; second: Councilman Miranda).
