Staff described the additional scope as including new culvert installation, removal of trees in the right-of-way, and replacement of lead service lines at several houses that were found during reconstruction.
Staff said the work is intended to correct neighborhood drainage and prevent future street and property impacts. The change order was approved by voice vote; staff will manage the additional scope and return with final contractor invoices and a completion report.
