Community member accuses Fulton High administration of mishandling videotaped bullying incident

Kim Swanson, a community member and former school board member in a neighboring district, told the Fulton City School District board during public comment that "a culture of unchecked bullying has persisted" at Fulton High School and urged the board to "listen to hear." She said when she asked why not all students were questioned, she was told there were "too many disciplinary issues to match."
