The commission voted to approve an extension for the Woodcock Place subdivision at 261 Rickerby Street for one year and approved subdivision plats at 501 Bel Air Boulevard, 240 Barnes Avenue, 4828 Todd Acres Drive and the 12-acre Farmers Market of Mobile County parcel on Halls Mill Road. The commission also approved sidewalk-waiver requests at 2453 Islava Creek Parkway and 691 Deackel Drive, and approved a partial sidewalk waiver at 1080 Mont Lamar Drive that requires a sidewalk on Mont Lamar Drive but waives construction along Carlisle Close East.
The commission held over the Cottages at Spring Hill subdivision at 5070 Old Shell Road for further engineering work and additional information on downstream drainage. The applicant requested the holdover and the commission set a deadline for revised materials ahead of the rescheduled hearing.
