Staff presented the location on the north property line of the larger Mission Hills development and identified the new streets (Libra, Vanguard and Stardust). Photos of the homes and new streets under construction accompanied the presentation. Staff reported no outstanding comments.
A commissioner moved to approve the final plat as submitted. The motion received a second. The commission voted by voice and the motion passed.
The approval allows the developer, Meritage Homes of Tennessee Inc., to proceed with the final engineering and plat-recordation steps consistent with subdivision and R-3 zoning requirements.
