Sun City West committee recommends larger remodel for Lapidary clubroom; staff reports recent project completions

Interim capital improvement project manager Carl Wilhelm told the properties committee that several October projects are complete, including the SilverCraft clubroom remodel (completed Oct. 27), the Lizard Acres Pub remodel (Oct. 14, 2025), Echo Mesa pro-shop parking seal and stripe (Oct. 2) and Trail Ridge pro-shop patio resurfacing (Oct. 16).
Wilhelm said facilities maintenance is finishing a small punch list from the county inspection at Lizard Acres and that the Sports Pavilion billiards-room remodel is at about 98 percent.
