Advisory board elects 2025 officers and approves tentative meeting schedule

The Coastal Dune Lakes Advisory Board approved officer assignments for the coming year and adopted a tentative meeting schedule during its October meeting.

Board members affirmed a slate of officers that the chair and staff presented. During nominations Dave moved to nominate Tim for vice chair; the motion was seconded by Cole and approved unanimously, and Michelle was selected as secretary after a separate motion and second. "All in favor? Aye," the chair called (00:19:46). The board also confirmed the standard practice of rotating officers annually and noted volunteer appointment expirations for three positions this year; staff asked members who wish to renew to submit volunteer applications.

The board then adopted a tentative 2025 schedule, generally proposing the last Wednesday of each month where possible; staff warned the final schedule is contingent on room availability and a magistrate schedule that shares the meeting space. A motion to adopt the tentative schedule was made and approved.
