The clerk called the roll; Councilmember Gary voted "Aye," Councilmember Reid voted "Aye," Councilmember Shire (recorded as "Shar" in the roll call) voted "Aye," and "Mary B." voted "Aye." The resolution carried on voice/roll call and staff said work would proceed once contractual steps are complete.
