FaA7ade grant: Council received and placed on file Planning Commission Recommendation 2025-06 and then approved Resolution 2025-37 granting a $15,000 façade grant to Stride Point Properties LLC for work at 2416 North Bloomington Street. Staff explained the grant will cover painting and siding work limited to the façade portion described in the grant application; because the building is not in the downtown historic district it is not subject to the downtown historic design rules. Clerk recorded ayes on the roll call.
