The Delavan Planning Commission on an unan‑mous voice vote approved the minutes from September 2025, recommended approval of a certified survey map lot-line adjustment for the property at W7560 Pleasant Street (CSM job no. 2024.081, last revised 09/15/2025) and adopted an amended 2026 regular meeting schedule.
The commission accepted the minutes with no additions. Chair called for the other actions during the business portion of the meeting. On the lot-line adjustment, the chair read a motion “to recommend the common council approve the proposed lot line adjustment for the property at W7560 Pleasant Street for the single CSM identified as job number 2024.081, last revised 09/15/2025.” Applicant Randy said he was “just here for any explanation if needed. Otherwise, that’s fine.” There were no questions from commission members and the motion carried by voice vote.
Members then considered dates for the 2026 regular planning commission meetings. A commission member asked that discussion be allowed before motions in future agendas, citing Robert’s Rules of Order; the member noted that, under that practice, a motion is placed on the floor before discussion and amendments can follow. After discussion about election night and calendar conflicts, a member moved to amend the proposed dates to Thursday, April 16; Thursday, Sept. 17; and Thursday, Nov. 12, 2026. The commission voted first on the amendment and then on the motion as amended; both votes passed by voice vote and the schedule was adopted as amended.
No roll-call tallies were recorded in the minutes; approvals were announced by aye/voice vote. The chair moved to the building and zoning inspector’s report after the votes.
