By contrast, staff said applying the full set of per-field, per-light and overuse fees in the fee schedule could have produced an aggregate fee near $45,000 for full-field, full-light use.
Action taken: Council approved the license agreement and the staffing-cost approach for this post-season tournament. Staff said the city will continue to bring tournament proposals back to council with a true cost estimate for city services rather than a standard tournament line item.
