- Resolution 25-301: Approved a consultant agreement with David Evans & Associates for construction inspection services and engineering support on the Series Hill Milepost 0.79 bridge retrofit project. Wes Anderson, county engineer, said the project is 100% funded through the Federal Highway Administration Local Bridge Program; the contract amount is $295,560.
- Resolution 25-302: Established a no-parking zone on Skate Creek Road South between milepost 1.62 and 1.67 to prevent parked campers and trailers from blocking a county turnaround used by snowplows, county vehicles and school buses.
- Resolution 25-303: Approved an interlocal agreement renewing Lewis County's participation with Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania and other counties on the Lower Columbia Fish Recovery Board, extending the contract through December 2030.
- Resolution 25-304: Following a staff report and a public hearing with no public testimony, the board approved a nonexclusive franchise renewal with AT&T to install, construct, operate and maintain telecommunication facilities within county right-of-way, consistent with Lewis County Code 12.2 and RCW 36.55.
All listed motions were moved, seconded, and approved by voice vote 3-0. The board also announced county offices would be closed Nov. 11 for Veterans Day and that there would be no business meeting Nov. 18 due to lack of a quorum.
