Council informed of additional internal transfer for Main Street bridge engineer estimates; no legislation requested

"It's basically just kind of moving the numbers around. When we originally transferred this money, we found that, there had been some numbers unaccounted for, so we just need to move a little bit more money," said a staff member. The staff member clarified the item is for plans and engineer estimates and that having plans would allow the city to pursue grant funding.
Council and staff agreed this report is informational. Staff said they do not need formal legislation to make the transfer, but were presenting the update so the council understands the change in accounting.
