Parks & Recreation director reports new ramadas, holiday tree and aquatics schedule; lifeguard hiring remains priority

Rivera said registration for NFL flag football opens Nov. 1. She also noted a partnership with other city departments for after-school educational field trips and described a mobile recreation unit schedule.
