The commission on Oct. 27 heard a first reading of an ordinance to amend the boundaries and rename the Grace Key Groves Community Development District (established pursuant to ordinance 24‑33) to Grace Grove CDD. The ordinance was read by title as item 6b1 and will return to the commission on Nov. 10 for further consideration.
A commissioner asked whether the ordinance simply adds a recently included parcel; staff confirmed the district boundary amendment adds about 39 acres. There were no public comments on the item during the meeting.
