The Franklin County Board of Commissioners on Oct. 7 approved a contract modification with WayFi LLC, doing business as Planet Studios, to complete final tenant signage approvals, prepare bid documents for static signage procurement, and coordinate implementation with selected vendors. Public Facilities Management (PFM) Director Darla Reardon said the change increases the contract by up to $49,500 for a revised not‑to‑exceed contract total of $265,500.
