Jordan Timko, a middle school student and the board’s student of the month, told the board, “I got into the National Junior Honor Society. I got accepted, on Monday.” Jordan also listed athletic honors, saying she had been named best offensive player in junior high softball and goalie of the year in junior high soccer.
