City Parkway 5 board elects officers, approves charter amendment and sets founders-control transition timeline

City Parkway 5, Inc. approved a slate of officers, appointments to the Symphony Park Master Association (SPMA) and a charter amendment at its Oct. 27, 2025, board meeting.
