Committee enters closed session to discuss potential campus building sale; returns with no action and schedules Nov. 19 meeting

Mr. Manning moved the motion and it was seconded; the voice vote to enter closed session was unanimous. The chair noted that staff member Trish would be included in the closed session.
The committee returned to open session later and indicated there was no action to take from the closed-session discussion. The committee then set its next meeting for Nov. 19 at 4:00 p.m. and asked staff to encourage SEH to attend in person so members could ask questions directly.
Procedural actions recorded at the meeting included a motion to approve the agenda (moved by Mr. Frank, second by Mr. Manning) and approval of the Sept. 24 minutes without comment. The meeting adjourned on a motion by Mr. Manning, seconded by Carol, following a voice vote in favor.
