Appling County approves 3% cost-of-living raise for full-time employees, excludes elected officials

Appling County commissioners approved a 3% cost-of-living increase for full-time county employees. The board clarified the increase excludes elected officials.

It is reflected in the budget, but I do want it in the minutes that this board or approved a cost of living increase for all full time employees.
