Commissioners approve liquor license, waiver plat and short‑term rental permit

The second item was an interim use permit for a short‑term rental for Tyler Rywey in Section 5 of Warsaw Township. Planning recommended approval with 15 conditions; commissioners approved the interim use permit.
Votes: Each approval was adopted by voice vote; the meeting transcript records unanimous “aye” responses and no recorded oppositions.
