Amy Fairbanks, director of CLDE, told the board the district posted an overall ACCESS median growth percentile of 57 this year, above the usual goal of about 50. "The goal is always 50 or 51," Fairbanks said, and noted the district has ranked between first and third among similar districts for several years.
