Staff also reported a Fairplex maintenance pickup sourced through the same dealer for $49,207, below the $50,000 originally budgeted, and a quote of $17,298.81 from HDS Voice and Data Systems to install access controls, cameras and related wiring at the Justice of the Peace Precinct 2 office (originally budgeted at $50,000 for security installations).
The court voted to approve the three elements and to proceed with the purchases and installations as presented. No individual vote counts were recorded in the audio; the minutes note the motion carried.
