County recognizes Mike Skino for 15 years of service; Beverly Wiley noted absent for 10-year recognition

During opening remarks at the Oct. 28 meeting, the Yellowstone County Board of Commissioners recognized long-serving county employees.
Chair introduced a 9:00 a.m. recognition for Mike Skino, noting he was being honored for 15 years with county code enforcement and that he previously worked about 28 years with the sheriff's department. The chair presented Skino with a certificate; Skino said "Thank you" during the remarks.
The chair also mentioned Beverly Wiley of the Clerk and Recorder's office for 10 years of service but noted she was not in attendance.
The recognitions were presented before the board proceeded to bid openings and other business.
