Board approves EMIS services, Miami County ESC agreement and $89,214 bus garage demolition contract

The contracts were described as covering actual costs plus administrative fees and will be used as credits in the district’s accounting, staff said.
The board also approved a contract with Milestone Company to demolish the existing bus garage at 575 North Hyde Street for $89,214. During discussion a completion date was misstated and corrected; the record shows a corrected substantial completion date of Jan. 30, 2026. The motion to award the demolition contract passed on a roll-call vote.
