Consultants reported Prominence began renewal negotiations with a 17% proposed increase on the medical plan but negotiated to a 6.5% increase; dental renewal was reduced to 3% with a two‑year guarantee and new implant coverage was added to the high option, and district vision coverage was moved to Kansas City Life with a 5% increase and higher frame allowance.
